BLACKPINK’s “THE ALBUM” Dominates iTunes Charts Across The Globe

BLACKPINK is taking over iTunes charts with their new comeback album.

On October 3, YG Entertainment revealed that BLACKPINK‘s “THE ALBUM” has topped iTunes Top Albums charts in at least 57 different countries.


BLACKPINK made their comeback with their very first studio album “THE ALBUM” on October 2. The comeback albums hit No. 1 in 57 countries including the United States, Brazil, Mexico, Canada, Chile, France, Spain, Greece, Poland, Norway, Portugal, China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Japan.

In less than 18 hours, title track “Lovesick Girls” MV has surpassed 50 million views on YouTube. Other songs from “The Album” such as “Bet You Wann,” “Pretty Savage,” and “Love To Hate Me” has also entered the iTunes top songs chart.
